Great to have been part of the Technology Series N°1: “Igniting Innovation Beyond AI: The Age of Agents”, organized by the Spain–U.S. Chamber of Commerce alongside Bravent.
At Atlantic Bearing Services (ABS), our Head of Business Intelligence & AI, Rishikesh Sivakumar, joined the round table to share how we are applying AI in industrial environments through real use cases, improving efficiency, optimizing operations, and delivering measurable impact.
From sales process automation and route optimization to core engineering and manufacturing operations, as well as warehouse management and the digitization of technical documentation, AI is already moving beyond experimentation into tangible industrial value.
We are bringing these use cases, including agents, into production environments, fully integrated with ERP, CRM, and operational workflows, where they are already delivering tangible improvements in efficiency, reduced manual workload, and data-driven decision-making.
