From September 18th to 20th, we will be at STAND22 during the 12th edition of the Latin American & Caribbean Congress, ATALAC (Association of Sugar Technicians of Latin America and the Caribbean), the most specialized gathering on the sugar production process in Latin America.

Our entire commercial team from ABS Costa Rica, led by Manfred Marchena, will be present and will receive global support from Adriana Rojas and José Ugalde, our Business Development Director for the sugar industry.

The congress, which also enjoys invaluable support and organization from significant associations such as ISSCT (International Society of Sugar Cane Technologists), ATACA (Association of Sugar Technicians of Central America), and the host, ATACORI (Association of Sugar Technicians of Costa Rica), represents a unique opportunity to gather with all the key actors directly involved in sugar production. This includes sugar mill owners, factory managers, plant technicians, farmers, and sustainability managers, among others.

Our experience and commitment to the technical development of production processes for the sugar industry have been remarkable. ABS Atlantic Bearing runs one of the top workshops in Costa Rica for the upkeep and repair of industrial mechanical components throughout the country, a locally renowned service supported by our global network of specialized engineers and service centers. Over the years, both through ABS and through our brands MGS Gears and Gearboxes, ACB Custom Bearings, and AEC Engineering Chains, we have provided customized engineering solutions, refurbishments, and upgrades for sugar mills worldwide.
