ABS has successfully carried out a training program in two factories belonging to the Salvadoran sugar company Grupo Cassa: Ingenio Chaparrastique and Ingenio Izalco.
This training program, focused on transport chains, marks the beginning of a series of trainings that will be conducted for Grupo Cassa personnel, covering operational, maintenance, and power transmission system design levels.
The training was conducted by our business development manager for the Sugar industry, José Ugalde, and involved the participation of over twenty people in each factory.
During the sessions, technical knowledge was shared regarding the transport chains currently used in each of the mills, with the aim of establishing a framework for continuous improvement in transportation systems for cane, bagasse, and other materials. The level of exchange of queries was high and enriching for all participants. We sincerely appreciate the trust that the Grupo Cassa has placed in our capabilities.
