Our Warehouse Manager, Kristina Skiles, proudly represented ABS Wind in the Big Spring community as part of the Big Spring Area Chamber of Commerce’s Schools to Industry initiative, sharing her career journey with local students and highlighting opportunities within the wind energy industry.
With our Big Spring, Texas workshop dedicated to the repair and maintenance of wind turbine gearboxes, main shafts, and other critical components, the event offered students a firsthand connection to the work taking place within the wind industry in their own community.
Having a presence in Big Spring also means engaging beyond our workshop. Through local initiatives, our team has the opportunity to share practical industry knowledge and offer a closer look at the people, skills, and expertise behind wind energy operations.
Schools to Industry helps strengthen the connection between education and the workplace, exposing students to professional environments and career paths they can explore as they plan for their future.
