KEY FINDINGS:

  • For all 18 tasks measured, using AI cuts the average time by at least 60%.
  • Troubleshooting saw the biggest time savings — 76% faster!
  • Even complex tasks like Programming, Critical Thinking, and Mathematics saw time reductions of over 70%
  • Surprisingly, Writing — something many of us do daily — takes just 25 minutes with AI, compared to 80 minutes without.

This shows that AI isn’t just about fancy algorithms — it’s about getting real work done faster and smarter.
