A Historic Industry Milestone!
Atlantic Bearing Services (ABS) is proud to announce that our CEO, Alejandro Pardiñas, has been appointed to the Board of Directors of the Motion and Power Manufacturers Alliance (MPMA) — the newly created organization resulting from the merger of the American Gear Manufacturers Association (AGMA) and the American Bearing Manufacturers Association (ABMA).
This historic merger, formally approved by members during the Joint Annual Meeting held on April 24 in Austin, Texas, marks a transformative step for the North American industrial sector. Effective May 1, 2025, MPMA unites over 425 leading companies to strengthen the supply chain, accelerate standardization, promote workforce development, and serve as a strong, unified voice for the industry.
For ABS, this is not only a tremendous institutional recognition but also a reflection of our ongoing commitment to supporting and advancing the power transmission and motion control industries. Having previously served on ABMA’s board, we are honored to continue our leadership role within MPMA and contribute to shaping its vision and global impact.
